At BATTER, we bake and ship our cookies with care to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All baked cookie orders are made fresh to order.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after being placed

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or launches, processing times may be extended

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Days

To maintain freshness and avoid packages sitting in transit:

  • We ship Monday–Wednesday only

  • Orders placed Wednesday afternoon through Sunday will ship the following week

This helps ensure your cookies don’t sit in transit over the weekend.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

  • Shipping speed does not change processing time unless otherwise stated

Freshness & Weather Disclaimer

Our cookies are baked goods and may be affected by weather conditions during transit.

  • We are not responsible for melting, softening, or texture changes due to heat or weather once the package leaves our facility

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk

Delivery Issues

Once your package has been shipped:

  • BATTER is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen, lost, or misplaced

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order
